I got a 6M profile and everything went smoothly so still looking good, at this rate with an SNRM of 6dB i should exceed my best ever IP Profile, Jack

Re: best ever profile - only for the summer
If you're feeling brave, go for 10% when your SNRM is at its highest tomorrow.

By the way the only way I could restart DMT was to close it down and start again.

Yes I've found shutting down is the only way out on the odd ocassion it's happened to me.
No, I did mean 10% - slider right down (you went for 30% last time!)

So if you see the margin go above say 7.5db and steady (it's unlikely to today, it's almost flat as a millpond and steady, and I wouldn't try it again today anyway), give it another at 10%

Attempted another 10% this morning (SNR 7.2) but only achieved 7360kbps so will lave it at that for now, will post shots later as only just restarted DMT.
Ithink I will ask CS tomorrow about approaching BT for a SNRM reset as it was their equipment that caused the rise, what do you think?, Jack.

If things are still looking nice and stable, now you've resynced again, maybe after 24hrs, best way would be to ask James through this board.

Interpreting that DMT graph can be a bit tricky, not helped by three things really, first it's in % rather than dB, second the scale change as a result of a spike, and third it's a small plot anyway. A 0.4dB change here is about 6% which is probably what the plot (white line) is showing. It's made a bit more tricky to read by the superimposed blue representing the bitswapping.
