Good to here it worked for you .... I was just frustrated as I knew and had proof it was a fibre to cabinet problem having two different fibre accounts and a 21Cn account to compare and the 21CN was fine. I just felt that I was not believed and it is a shame as in the end it comes down to cash ... I know that 95% of calls they get will be user / config problems but I just needed some one to listern instead of trying to convince me it was my end..
I do agree they may need to look at the fibre side of things in terms of reporting etc...
At least things are back to normal...
