Issues with FTTC and Dota 2

Hello, I posted this on the gaming sub-forum but it doesn't seem to be terribly active at the moment.
I've been experiencing network lag spikes and stutters when playing dota 2, especially if I have a VoIP program running at the same time as playing. It doesn't seem to matter what time I play, it's always just as bad. I haven't known for this problem to happen with any other multiplayer game that I play, but I have to admit that I don't play many other games.
My ping is always very low in-game, so it's just spikes rather than constantly high ping.
I've ran a wireshark capture already, that I supplied the support centre team with. I was spectating a game on an EU server when I recorded this capture. The traffic seems to be managed correctly, so I'm wondering if maybe it's a problem with my line?
I use wireless internet, and unfortunately, wired internet is not an option in my current living situation. I get a very strong signal strength, and don't have problems with any other applications. This leads me to doubt that it's the wireless card that's the culprit.
Here's a tracert that I did to a Europe West server:
Tracing route to lux.valve.net [146.66.152.1]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

Hi PaulMayes,
I've tried looking for your Wireshark Capture but can't see it attached to your ticket, have you uploaded it somewhere? If is, any ideas where it is so I can take a look for you?

Re: Issues with FTTC and Dota 2

I've just uploaded the two wireshark captures to: REMOVED
One is from Feb. which I sent to the support team (or at least I thought I did) and the other I just captured 10 mins ago.
Is it okay for me to be uploading these captures publicly?

Re: Issues with FTTC and Dota 2

The captures should be fine, but you can remove them if you like now and I've downloaded them.
Do you connect to a specific server? Or do you know what the IP addresses are in these WS Captures so I can take a look at them?

Re: Issues with FTTC and Dota 2

No, I just queue on Europe West. It just randomly assigns you a server.
In the old capture it's 146.66.158.52 as the game server.
In the latest capture it's 146.66.153.130 as the game server.
Both seem to be located in Luxembourg.

Re: Issues with FTTC and Dota 2

What VoIP have you been using, feel free to PM me the IP address for it, it might be showing on the WS Captures that's all, want to check it out too.

Re: Issues with FTTC and Dota 2

I noticed in the other forum thread I made that you asked about seeing how much bandwidth dota 2 uses.
This is the best thing I could find: http://imgur.com/nPVnxJk
That's a screenshot from my computer, connected to an EU West server.

Does it spike all the time?  Or only at peak?

Re: Issues with FTTC and Dota 2

Might be worth you setting up a Think Broadband ping graph to look at the stability of your line.
