Is usage breakdown data still available?

Is the "Usage breakdown" data no longer available?
I don't see the link to it anymore from the Usage Summary screen,
just "Usage this month" and "Usage history".

Tried Firefox, IE & Opera, so it's not a browser thing.

Seems a little unlikely but I wonder if it's related to the other VMBU problem: http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,116742.0.html

Could someone post the URL that the "Usage breakdown" link points at?

Annoyingly it does not appear to have a link as such though the others do. It does work but the URL in the address bar remains as https://portal.plus.net/view_my_broadband_usage/index.php? before and after clicking - perhaps a clue there (?Javascript?)
Means nothing to me but using 'Developer Tools > Inspector' in Firefox the button is this:

I searched the HTML source of the page and there's no code for the link there, so it's not a Javascript fail in my browser.
Just seems to be missing from the page.
