Really sorry to hear about these issues and the rough start.
I'm about to leave but I'll happily pick this up tomorrow morning and get back to you after looking into these issues in more detail.

I've just finished dealing with our suppliers, I've identified the cause of the issue and I'm expecting an update within 24 hours, following that I'll place a new order and closely monitor it's progress. It's not realistic to think that this can be resolved today I'm afraid.
Quote BT have just sent me a message saying we have gone over our useage limit & are going to charge us - i wanted this sorted quickly to stop this happening
I can help you with getting a service up and running and make sure it's working properly but that's between yourself and BT I'm afraid.
I'll be in touch again as soon as there's a further update.

I'm sorry we've not been able to update you as soon as we'd like about this. I've not yet received an update from our suppliers so it looks like we'll need to escalate this matter further for you.
I'll make sure we keep you posted and I will get back to you in more detail tomorrow.

From what we know of it it's a problem in our supplier's systems - there's no actual order placed, this is one that was completed a while ago (no idea how long as we've no visibility of the details because we didn't place it) but hasn't actually been marked as completed.
We'll certainly keep chasing and will do our best to meet your deadline but unfortunately that's all we're able to do. We'll update shortly.

Quote and interestingly 5 mins on the phone to BT and they have told me all the order issues on my line are due to the exchange being up dated
I'd personally take that with a large pinch of salt as that wasn't the type of issue we were looking at.
I'm sorry to hear you decided to cancel though and I hope things work out alright with your new ISP.
