You obviously paid no attention to what I'd said Stumpy21. If he'd recently had noise on the phone line, ie signs of an intermittent connection, he could have ended up in a worse situation. As it was, we got him an SNR reset after it was fairly obvious all seemed OK.

As he says... The SNR reset did the trick it went back to normal  then i though earlier today at 9.45 crap back to square one then i found it was Plus Net but got it back and it still as good as it should
