Unlimited Broadband is described here as "Totally Unlimited":
http://www.plus.net/home-broadband/
And yet here, it talks of traffic prioritisation, which I thought OFCOM did not allow to be described as "Totally Unlimited":

Traffic prioritisation is still used as far as I know on unlimited.
This is often confused and totally different to traffic shaping - your speeds are not restricted (or limited) in any way with the prioritisation. Your connection *should* always run at its maximum capable speed but if you were downloading at the same time as watching a HD stream, the HD stream would have priority over the download. The sum of both speeds should still be the same as your line speed.
