Is the noise margin bad?

I'm getting download speeds of 7Mbps which actually isn't that bad, but as I only moved house 500 yards where I was getting 17Mbps I'm wondering if my line has a problem somewhere?

Have you tried disconnecting from Plusnet then reconnecting using the router's admin pages (no need to restart the router / re-sync)?

Hi RichGK,
From what I can see the order isn't complete yet. Although you might be connected the BT system will not be registering any connection speeds until it's complete.
