I am trying to get through to the team via telephone but it is very busy (15mins and counting!) Could you confirm that my order is still due to go live today? I received a confirmation email last week after chasing this up with one of your colleagues Kathryn. I then received a text yesterday saying it was due to go live on 1st March and contacted you. I was told by Karen that she was not sure why I had received this text and that she could see it had been sent, but all was still well for today. However, I am still not switched from BT and when I check in Connection Settings it lists my connection as 1st March. Could you confirm I will still go live today? I have spent a lot of time on the phone this month chasing this up and I am starting to get a bit tired of it!
