Is my IP profile correct?

Last night I lost connection (again) after being synced at 8128 for almost 5 days.  During this time my profile was 6500.  This morning my sync speed is 8064, but my profile is 7150.
I thought my sync speed had to be 8128 to get a profile of 7150.
