Is my Bt wholesale profile stuck

My Btw profile is at 7.15 Mbps and has not changed since switch over to 21CN on 30/01/2014 Plusnet Line speed is at is now at 17.4Mbps (19.8 yesterday after CS gave it a kick)
Router Stats:

DSL Modulation Type:ADSL_2plus
Annex Type:Annex A
                      Upstream Downstream
Current Rate (Kbps)   1064 19784
Max Rate (Kbps)   1466 20448
SNR Margin (dB)   5           4.2
Line Attenuation (dB)  9.4 20.6
Errors (Pkts)               0 0
So I don't know what's happening.
(All test done over wired connection to router)

I suspect that the BT system (part of it) doesn't know about the changeover to 21CN - that will need a kick
Your ping graph shows a lot of horrible errors but this could well be due to the BT IP profile error
That just may also be the cause of the low speed test result

Thanks for that, its what I suspected.
Ive raised a support question again, is their anything else i can do to get the BT side of it kicked? Also the errors  shown on the ping test seem to be happening during the same period each day.

I have removed your duplicate post - don't worry - it is the flaming slowness of the Forums when including an attachment
There isn't anything you can do but it will be picked up by the staff on here tomorrow

I've just been in touch with our suppliers regarding this and they've made a manual change which should see an improvement for you.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the change to take effect.
If the problem continues, please let us know so we can chase this further for you.

BTW speed test directed me to tap 3 test result stating tester tool indicates poor service throughput after third test (test done @ 19:40) approx should raise a fault now or wait until 24hr period has passed.

After 24 hrs no change in speed or BTW ip profile

Support team have reported back saying line is fine, have resubmitted tests, still showing BTW ip profile/ Bras? at 7.15 Mbps, (btw upload spikes are probably from speed tests) i have been reading up on stuck bras profiles on stable lines could this be the issue?
