Is it possible to get my account activated early?

Hi,
I received a call from a BT guy at the exchange this morning saying broadband was now set-up on my line, I've set-up the router and the broadband and internet lights are green, yet when I am redirected to the broadband set-up page it won't move past the first bit (just shows the loading logo, then reloads the page every now and again). I am assuming this because my account is not yet activated (due 13th august) I was wondering if Plusnet can activate it a couple of days early?

It would seem that your line is Sync'ed but is not Authenticated. If you call the PlusNet Customer Service Helpdesk, they can fix this for you within minutes.

Yes they will do that if you ring them
