Is imgur.com blocked?

It looks like either imgur.com come hosts illegal content or it shares it's IP address with another website that does.

It's possibly not entirely Plusnet's fault, "dig imgur.com +trace" also fails to resolve imgur.com.
The two nameservers listed for imgur.com - noah.ns.cloudflare.com and sue.ns.cloudflare.com - don't seem to be responding, at least not to me, or perhaps their response isn't reaching me for some plusnet-related reason.

But it doesn't say page blocked like it should. Its as if we are being redirected to the checking proxy server, which is then failing to load imgur.com

Good spot. So in summary it looks like CloudFlare were experiencing DNS problems. CloudFlare are imgur.com's authoritative DNS provider. They've since announced the problem is fixed.

And because of this we push traffic to imgur.com via our IWF proxies.

So this doesn't appear to be the case. There is a ticket open with our Network Operations Team to look into the Netflix issue.
I don't think CloudFlare's problem explains the issues with leagueoflegends.com or cdn.sstatic.net though so would be interested to hear if people are still having problems with either of those URLs?
