Is broadband billing behind schedule?

I ask because I was billed on 2/10/09 for my  ADSL Initial Subscription when i moved over from Greenbee but haven't been billed again. I had a seperate invoice later for my phone & line rental when that was switched over.
I have raised a ticket ID: 30844359 but am waiting a reply.
edit: Received a reply to my ticket this morning, seems I have paid up to date  Smiley
