The blue light is on the router but cannot connect to it by Wi-Fi or Ethernet.

Have you had electrical storms in your area? This can upset the router (or worse!)

Try powering the router off and then on again.

No storms and reboot didn’t work.

Try a factory reset by pushing a paperclip in to the reset hole and keeping the switch closed for 20 seconds or so. Then leave it and see if it picks up your Plusnet credentials automatically.
