Yep mine went down also.... took a few attempts but back on now but a little slow!!!!

If you are using one of the routers from us, please try logging in and manually connecting. Hopefully this should do the trick (http://www.plus.net/home-broadband/router-reconnect/) .

That's not the best option especially if you are on a longer or awkward line (20CN in particular) and more so after dusk, that's a last resort after trying http://www.plus.net/reboot. You should give if upto 30 minutes as well, before trying a powerdown.
I'm guessing it could have been a major power outage affecting a datacentre or similar especially as the Usage graphs went down (now back up).

The attached graphs don't clearly show if it was just ptn-bng01 or also pcl-bng02 and pcl-bng03.
@Anotherone - did you miss the previous threads about the large scale BNG gateway outages?

Looking at the graph itself it was all the bng gateways  except pcl-bng01- I have just got back on bng03

@ejs, no, but this does not look like that.
Some people need to go to specsavers, from what I can see on the current graphs it's not all or only bng's by any means.

I was bumped off a bng and back on to a ptn about 45 minutes ago.
It's a good thing these drops don't occur at the weekend when there's no support around...

pcl-ag01 here and not so much as a glitch.....solid connection throughout.
