Hi a week or so ago I had a fault which has now been fixed and the speed increased to 2mb, then I had a call from yourselves asking if everything had been sorted and the guy
said he was going to do an snr reset which has been done I'm just wondering when my ip profile will increase from 2mb to a little higher here are the details from my router:
