I restarted my router a couple of times on Monday morning and my ip profile got synced to 135 KBPS. Speed is crawling now.
I have raised a fault on Monday itself and is still 135 KBPS itself.
Its been 4 days and the problem is not yet resolved.

I've just has a look at your connection history (see below). It seems that you switch your router off at night. Your line needs to become stable again for the speed to pick up so I would advise leaving the router on continuously until it picks up; in fact, you'd have a much more stable connection if you were to leave it on 24/7

Thanks for the response. My router was turned on throughout the night and not sure why it was showing as shut down.

I wish we had control over your IP profile. BT's Dynamic Line Management (DLM) controls those changes. There's a brief description of DLM here.

I found that its because of my connection trigger was "On demand" and idle time was 1800 seconds router was going offline at night.
I changed the idle time to 50000 seconds, which is more than 13 hrs so that router wont go off again at night.
I could have changed my trigger to "Always on", But that will again result in to a reboot. (It already rebooted when i changed the idle )
Long long more i need to wait till i get back to a good speed? Please dont tell me again 72 hrs

It's looking a lot more stable since yesterday. I'll see what I can do for you this afternoon.

Managed to get your sync back up to 8047k so you should get a 7000 profile soon.
