Hi
I am wondering how to check if I can order fibre broadband
The link here http://www.dslchecker.bt.com/adsl/ADSLChecker.TelephoneNumberOutput says :-
Your cabinet is planned to have WBC FTTC by 31st March 2013. Our test also indicates that your line currently supports a fibre technology with an estimated WBC FTTC Broadband where consumers have received downstream line speed of 44.8Mbps and upstream line speed of 8Mbps.
This says FTTC is enabled :-
http://www.samknows.com/broadband/exchange_mapping?olo=ESIKG
http://fttc-check.alc.im says :-
Cabinet Probability Uplift Phase Status Type
P12 100% 9.83 7b Part of deployment FTTC (Fiber to the Cabinet)
Its just left me more confused. Any ideas anyone ?
Thanks

The first link you provided is the key one.
Even if that paragraph mangles the Queen's English, the presence of the first sentence means you can't get it yet. The date specified is a placeholder, which means that BT is targetting the 1st 3 months in 2013. They may make this target, but as the end of March approaches it will become more likely that it will be available in the 2nd quarter - and the placeholder date will change to 30th June instead.
The Samknows website reports information about the exchange as a whole, and will say that FTTC is available even if a single cabinet has been upgraded.
The final check shows that 100% of your postcode is attached to cabinet 12, which is due to be upgraded. However, it doesn't tell you anything about when the upgrade will happen, and doesn't even know if an upgrade has already happened.
