Internet speed

Hello there i put a post up about my internet speed the other day, it was at 0.2 on the scale, since i raised the problem and you said you sorted it its gone from 0.2 to 0.4... thats not really that much better is there anything you can do to make it any faster? my phones 3g net goes faster.... its doing my head in

Can you post some router stats so that the "experts" here can see how your line is performing and a speed test, including the extra diagnostics - http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ ?

Guess it's still ongoing following the reset that Adam did? To be honest I can see a few drops showing since that was done and suspect that's what's caused the profile to drop again. It'd not really be worth doing any more of those until we know the line is stable so the best thing to do would be to run through the checks at http://faults.plus.net - if they don't improve anything then it'll pass a ticket to our faults team who will then get this investigated for you.
