Internet speed slow last few weeks

I've had a look over your account and I can't see any issues at the moment. Your line is in sync at 15285 and the profile is set as 13400. You are on an older account type and did reach the usage allowance last month, but that was reset on the 23rd Jan.
Can you run the BT speedtester at http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ and let me know the results?
Also, are you connected wirelessly or wired?

I use U torrent  sometimes normally  download at around 1.5 mbps
but last few weeks max i can get is 526k  1/3 of my normal speed 
it seems my connect is being managed at your end  throttled 
I only only use after midnight U torrent

Started  a 4032 meg (4.032 gig) download  on play station 3 (off Play Station Store)  at 00.30 hours Feb 5th  it took until  15.00 hours  to finish  nearly 15 hours for 4 gig
Like I have stated soon as Midnight comes my speed and just surfing the internet really slows down and some web sites just hang  even You Tube stutters
is my connect being slowed down or throttled
I am wired  into router  on desk top  and use wireless on laptop
