Internet speed very low

Over the past few weeks my internet has been going on and off during the day and night. The speed used to be 12 - 15mps now it is down to as low a 6-7mps. I have a fibre broadband package with no landline. i live in Hillside Montrose Scotland. Anyone else my area having these problems ?

@Safetyinnumbers  Welcome to the forums. Which router do you have? So,e information from that may be a useful starting point.

Sight of the broadband connection status from your Hub (with the 'Username' obscured) would also be of help.

For the Hub One -

Navigate from the Home Screen to Troubleshooting > Helpdesk

For the Hub Two -

Navigate from the Home Screen to Advanced Settings > Technical Log > Information
