Internet slow and buffering

Can someone check my line, I've noticed over the last couple of weeks that the web in general is running slow.
At the point YouTube for example is running brutally slow and sometimes not at all.

As well as the line stats, we're seeing a number of disconnection between your router and your Local Exchange.
Do you switch your router off at all, at any time?

Apologies for the late reply I didn't receive a notification.
No I leave it on permanently, it's always buffering you tube etc - not impressed since moving house I have to say.
I'm told interleaving is switched off even though my router shoes it's still on - is that effecting it?
Can you tell me how long I have to run on my contract so I know what the cancellation will be?

Hi there,
I've had a look over your account and other than the post here back in October, I can't see that we've looked in to any issues you may be having?
If you're having problems we'd much prefer to help resolve them rather than see you cancel. You've still got a long period on your contract due to the agreement when you moved house.
Your line isn't disconnecting too much now, once every 7 days exactly for the last few weeks. It's connected at 10519, which is significantly above the estimate we provided when you took out the new contract.
Are you on a wired or wireless connection?

It's always a wireless connection we are running the various things off bar my ps4 which is hard wired to the router.
BT fibre is going to be available soon enough so I assume you can offer the equivalent, If so do you know when?

This could well be a wireless issue then - see http://www.plus.net/support/broadband/wireless_broadband/wireless_signal.shtml

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

We can only place fibre orders (as can any provider) once your cabinet is upgraded to fibre. The best way to see the dates for this is at the checker here: http://dslchecker.bt.com/
