Internet randomly cutting out

Ok... Second try lucky. My internet is cutting out every 10-30 mins. The phones have not been in use when the internet cuts out. Restarting my router doesn't seem to make a difference. I don't want to report a fault because it has only just started but I will keep a log of when it cuts out, if it cuts out. I am connected to bot wireless and wired devices and they all cut out.

Same here...seems like a common problem at the moment!

Dial 17070 option 2, listen for a minute for any crackling hissing, if there is some report a phone fault to who ever provides your phone line.
If none connect directly to your master sockets Test socket to rule out wiring issues, just unscrew the faceplate and there is a socket behind it
If it becomes stable then you have wiring problems with your extension/s
If it doesn't become stable report a fault
Note Stop rebooting your router unless you have to, as that will trigger DLM to see a bad line and increase your SNR and lower you IP profile

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links
