Internet "Not Ready"

Had a pretty bad experience so far.
The engineer was severely delayed and when he eventually came (he was very nice) he pointed out my router hadn't arrived and i'd need that. I called up plus net and they said it had been dispatched 2 days prior, I then received an email the NEXT day saying my router had been dispatched and it didn't arrive until the following monday. 


After finally getting my router and attempting to connect I'm now told that the internet isn't ready in my flat. When i try to contact plus net it the phone computer just says, "your internet isn't ready yet, contact us with any problems later".

I just want internet... and i don't want to pay for the last two weeks of "Service"

Sorry to hear this.

I can see we've placed the broadband order today and it's due to complete on the 2nd.
