Over the last month or so my internet connection is constantly dropping. Has something happened recently for this to happen?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues. I've just taken a quick look at your line and the speeds do seem lower than what we'd expect, but no by a large margin - this may be linked to the drops you've noticed.

Is there any noticeable noise on your phone line at all? You can check this by dialling 17070 and selecting option 2.

You need to report the noise on the line to your phone service provider, be it Plusnet, BT or someone else.

Thanks for this. Did some troubleshooting as suggested with wired phone and there is no noise. Incidentally, Plusnet provide phone and broadband
