Hi, for the past two weeks at random points of the day my net keeps cutting out on my console and pc.
then the speed drops to near enough unusable speeds, every time i run a speed test it either tells me my download and upload speeds are under 9mbs for d/l and 0.*insert number here* for uploads. ive called 3 times, once was told there was an accident, then another told to change my router, then told they would reset my line as they had found errors,
Ive been with you for years and never had this issue before, is my usage somehow capped or something because its starting to bug me.
