I was hoping whatever you guys say you did last night would have helped. It hasn't helped at all. I am still getting speeds 5x slower than what I get during the day.

My speeds were a lot better last night. I was ale to browse perfectly and download at quite decent speeds.

The last few nights speeds have once again been appalling. It its almost unusable. If someone is browsing the internet, games will start lagging very badly. What is being done to improve this, can I please get a reply, because paying £16 for 0.6mbs is just a waste of money.

I raised a speed fault and now it says that test couldn't be completed because of a problem on their end, and apparently the issue has been escelated to the correct team?
Before anyone asks, there is nothing wrong with my router I have tried 2. The Thomson and my DG834GT. It is all wired upto my master socket via a filter.

I replied to you on another thread, you exchange Poplar is in condition red and has been for a while, you have no hope of getting good throughput in the evening

Last month I got half decent connection though. My exchange has always been red and I always got atleast more than 1mbs down my line after 6.

Speedtest.net has gone a bit crazy tonight. Says I get 177mbs down my line. Mybroadband speed says 3mbs which I will be happy with during the evening.

Good to hear, we're keeping an eye on the performance still and will continue to do so until we're completely satisfied that it's performing as it should.
