Internet is way too slow after 6pm.

I am not even talking about the restrictions in place, this is just crazy slow.
In the Morning I get about 5.5Mbs right now it is 0.5mbs according to speedtest.net

This speed issue only starting since I moved to unlimited, when I was on value I was able to game fine and I use to get around 4Mbs at this time.

Sorry to hear you're having problems.
This certainly won't be helping at the moment. What does it say here as your line might be getting incorrectly profiled at our side?

As soon as it hits 6 it is almost impossible to use. If I got atleast 2Mbs down my line after 6 I would be able to use it without any problem.

Yea i get the same also, think we all do. Bob that service status.. Possible why, referring to my post in the gamers forum that World of Warcraft latency is effected?

Its 10am and I getting very slow speeds. Usually around this time I get 5.5-6mbs.

my download is OK, but upload is slower than it should be I am currently connected to the "City Lifeline, Juniper 9" gateway. This gateway is sometimes known as pcl-ag02.

What sort of speeds do you tend to so outside of peak hours?
Whilst I'm not saying that it is the cause of the fault, you should expect to see some slwdowns during peak times due to the fact that broadband is a contended service and more people use it in the evenings than during the daytime.

When I do a speedtest in the morning I get around 5.5mbs. I know that during peak times I will get slower speeds, but thats just too slow.
I think my router is syncing at above 6mbs.

DownStream Connection Speed 6720 kbps

4-4.5mbs.
I just did a speedtest now. I got 5.7mbs

I'll check again in an hour and see if it is ok during peak time today.
