Internet gone live but still no router? What’s going on Plusnet?

Still awaiting a router from Plusnet even though I am now officially live and assume being charged!? Not a great start Plusnet!!?

I'm the opposite. I've had the router 2 weeks, my broadband live date has passed, and Its still not live

I had this. The issue for me was that the address used on the router label was incorrect, so the router was waiting for me at the post office. It might be worth trying there. When I told Plusnet of the problem they did send anther router, but it again had the wrong address.
