Internet goes on and off every 5 mins

Report the full stats in your normal connection and the same stats from the test socket
Have you a started a fault report - if not you should start one when the router/laptop is downstairs and leave it there while they do the tests.
You may or may not be correct about the outside fault but unless you can demonstrate the fault using the test socket then Plusnet will be reluctant to progress it with BT as if, when BT send an engineer, he doesn't find a fault he will blame your internal wiring and stick in a charge in excess of £140 which will be passed on to you.

Thats my broadband cable or extention from upstairs
Also since these dissconnections my broadband speed has gone up its used to be 3.16mbps now its 3.66mbps

Can you confirm that now you are using the test socket, both the other sockets are dead - they should be.

the broadband fault checker through pluusnet is really bad it doesnot help what happend to the old one?
it said after all the questios have you tried turning it on and off agin is that a joke?

I asked for the latest stats in your normal socket before trying the test socket but lets compare with the first set of stats you posted

that 156 went to 460 since yesterday then went up to 884 after using test socket.

Tuesday 2pm on and off internet till 4pm
Wednesday Fine all day
Today 2pm 3pm On and off twice
How is it a wiring fault really, im not getting a engineer around when it could be my ISP causing the problem.
Not happy at all gonna look at another ISP on next bill.

To be very clear - this is not down to your ISP - it one of the following
1,  It is either the wiring in your property or one of your filters or your router paying up
2.  Or it is the wiring between you and the exchange or equipment in the exchange
Moving to another ISP will have no effect unless you go LLU when it might sort it if, and only if, it is a fault inside the exchange
I will now leave it to you to either migrate or follow the Plusnet fault solving system
