Internet drops continuously

I don't know what I can do here really. I joined a month ago plusnet and from the very beginning I had internet connection problems. It makes web browsing and video conference a very unpleasant experience. I reported the problem and plus net check the line and they didn't find a problem. The problem is not with the speed or the connection line but with the internet and the fact that I have packet loss. I identified this using a program callled pingplotter which clearly shows the pack loss problem. Unfortunately plusnet close the ticket and asked me to open a new one to report the problem again. I don't know what I can do here. It feels that the don't care about their customers or their reputation the way they apparoached the issue. It is very bad for a customer who is paying for a reliable service to have to fight his way to get the basics fixed.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with your connection.

Our tests aren't showing any issues.

Can you provide copies of the ping plotter logs?
