Internet dropping sporadically

Over the weekend and in last 10 minutes internet dropped off significantly, using netgear router dual band on wireless, latest results
Not had any disconnections yet just really slow.
0.5 down, 0.37 up,ping  1137
Any thought, can someone check line pls?

Your connection looks fine at this end. I'm fairly confident it can only be one of two things. I'd recommend that you reboot your router first of all, and if that doesn't work it's most likely to be interference.
It would be confirming that your speeds are OK over ethernet first, I'm sure they will be. If you still have an issue then it's worth checking what Netgear's recommendations are for a better wireless signal. If it was our router I'd suggest changing the wireless channel and I'm sure you'll be able to do the same with your router.
