Internet dropping out every night

Every night at 1am until about 3 my internet drops out. I have tried rebooting etc. It really is so frustrating!
Please could someone advise

Welcome to the forum, @Amandajayne5 . Before I make any suggestions, are you on ADSL or Fibre - the options are different?

OK. I assume in that case you have the Hub Zero (2704N)? Can you find the logs on there for that period?

Never thought of that, @corringham  - but we'll have to wait and see if the OP returns and gives us some more details.
