Internet down

I'm writing here because I can't get through any other way. Thought an Internet/phone company could set up call center staff working from home.

My Internet is cutting off all the time. I HAVE Used virtually all my mobile data this weekend because of this and extra data is expensive. 2 of us are working from home. 2 children are supposed to be educated at home but can't do anything.
Could anyone check my connection please? And could you not tell us on the phone to go o line and online to call its infuriating.
Sorry for Complaining but paying a lot for An already [-Censored-] service and this compounding the issues.

I always do those checks. Since I complained its been back on and off a couple of times. Done a diagnostic test. The ping latency test is amazingly slow. It's also hard to test WiFi when it's off.

Is there anyway of. Using 4g signal instead of WiFi for your home. Because that is really fast.
