Internet down

Hey guys, just woke up and realised my Internet is down. It was working just fine last night. I've tried to restart my routers and my pc but nothing works so far. You got BT doing some repairs around Uttoxeter?

Dont think any PN staff around  - if you scroll to the bottom of the page there are links you can look at

there is also "exchange checker"  Uttoxeter doesnt appear as a problem.
Do you have a landline phone to test.
What lights are on your router?

Haven't got the phone installed so I can't check that.
All my lights are on except the Internet one. Got power, ether net and broadband all on.

What make model of router - you may have to go into the router and "connect"

I trued that, dint work. I have spoken to customer services and raised a fault. Think its from their side.
