Internet down for 2 days

Hello, Power status blinks orange, broadband flashes red. The internet was down for about two days and after consulting the instructions online it still hasn't worked. There must be a problem on Plusnet over.

Welcome to the forums @michealspencer . Exactly what steps have to taken in diagnosing/trying to sort this, please? Are you actually on ADSL, or is it a Fibre connection - this can make a difference to the suggestions other Community members can make?
