Internet down - Red light on router

I came down stairs yesterday morning noticing that my WiFi is down and that the red light is displaying on the Internet bit of the router.
It's been working fine these past few months since joining Plusnet, it's just now strange that it'd go down randomly.

I'm still having problems over 30 hours in. I've tried resetting the router countless times and tried other things.

What else could it be when it randomly goes off?

The phone line is working yes and no I haven't been able to report it yet.
