Internet disconnects when recieving/making a phone call

Got setup with Plusnet today, did not have this problem with my previous ISP. As the thread title indicates whenever a phone call is made or recieved, the internet disconnects. How can I remedy this?

Can you first check that there are no unfiltered phones connected
