For the past few days, every time somebody phones my home phone, my internet disconnects. Other than that it seems to be running fine, its just when the phone rings it cuts out.
I've not experienced this problem since the 90's!
Would it be possible for somebody to check my line to see if there is any faults.
Thanks.

It's more likely to be a fault with the filters connected to your phone / digibox / etc. If you can try swapping them out and seeing if the problem persists.

Put a brand new filter on and the disconnection is still happening when somebody rings my home phone.

If it's nothing internal, it's likely to be a Splitter Card issue. If you can raise a fault at http://faults.plus.net we'll be able to get that looked at and fixed for you.
