Internet disconnecting every night at the same time

Hello,

 

Getting so disappointed with all this. The latest issue came around on the 6th day of the "training period". 

I can see that the service keeps disconnecting after 20:00 onwards.

We're now on day 12 since my email about being on the training period and the problem continues. 

 

Every engineer/support on the phone says everything is fine etc... and that some other faults team might be able to help. Can anyone actually share information that can help instantly? Every time I'm told to wait 10 to 14 days to see if any problems persist.

People seem to upload the log to help, since the internet drops every 30 secs, i assume this part of the log has the info.

just keeping on eye on it, here is little bit more of the log when Im sure you can see its disconnecting, says it down after 0 mins of uptime

@K-T1710 Threads are not deleted - they just fall down the listings if no-one posts in them.
