Internet connectivity, as per my contract

I am paying for an internet connection but you're not supplying it. I can share the occasional down time but this is just not funny anymore. Was play bridge on line, my wife does reading with our grandchildren and my wife also does Pilates on line, all subject to regular interruption. I have got to the point where I'm telling Plusnet that it they can't provide what is agreed in our contract then I wish to cancel because it's no good paying for something that just doesn't work.

@Richardes If you require help, it would be a good idea to explain your problem(s). If you do so, (a) PN staff may pick this up,or (b) other Community members may be able to help.

Your post does not give anyone any ideas to start making suggestions from.
