Every time we attempt to connect to Amazon Prime or You Tube it fails, says router not in range when is less than six foot away. Any ideas?

@CharlotteGrail Welcome to the forum.
If your TV has an Ethernet socket then buy a 6 foot Ethernet cable.
If you have posted on the wrong board and on fibre not ADSL then separate the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands. A google search for 'plusnet 2.4 best practice' will point you to the instructions.

Hello @CharlotteGrail,
Thanks for getting in touch with us here.
I'm sorry to read you're having some connection trouble with some of your devices and I apologise for the frustration caused. From what you've said it does sound like a WiFi issue, I'd suggest connecting via Ethernet where possible, if it's not please follow this guide here.
Thanks.
