Internet connection keeps dropping - unstable

Hi,

Over the last couple of days we keep getting the internet dropping out. 

When using a web browser ocasionally it comes back with page not found - name server error.  I guess this is a DNS issue.  This happens on both wired & wifi connections so believe it is the broadband connection at fault.

Zoom calls and remote desktops also keep failing.  Router seems to think connection is fine, and has not dropped connection.

Reset the router last night and still having the same issues?

Any ideas?

Thanks for getting in touch @Tobs

We've looked into this and we can't see any cause for this.

When the issue next happens can you try manually setting your DNS on a device to 212.159.13.49 for the primary server and 212.159.13.50 for the secondary?
