Internet connection dropping often

My internet connection keeps dropping often. Plusnet checked the noise, fixed something to do with noise on the line. Today, I messaged them on the chat facility and the advisor said he would do something in the next hour to give us a stable service. Watching netflix tonight and it dropped at least 6 times in an hour! This is ridiculous. I will moving provider as soon as my contract is up. Im fed up of this! Its happening everyday.

We've tested your line and whilst we can see there's been a few drops today there was only one yesterday as shown below

Can you confirm if you connect over a wired or wireless connection? If wireless can you try a wired connection to see if that has the same issue?
