Been with plusnet since July last year and had very little problem.
However for the last few days been having problems with the internet, which cuts out every five or so minutes for about a minute at a time. Sometimes the lights on the box flash like crazy, sometimes the @ light goes red, sometimes it looks exactly as normal.
Very frustrating as I am trying to work to a deadline for tomorrow which is impossible when I can't do any online work for more than four or five minutes at a time.
Any idea what the problem is?
