Is there a telephone number I can call if there appears to be a Plusnet Server out of action. It's all very well having an online service check on 'My Plusnet' if I can't get on line anyway.  A freephone number with realtime updates would be good as opposed to the usual customer help line which can a very long queue sometimes, particularly when there is in fact, an 'outage'.

If there's a widescale outage we can post these up at status.plus.net, however if it's a single exchange or locality it's a bit more difficult to tailor the message (although we *are* working on improving that).
