Internet Sluggish For A Few Days

Hi, My internet's felt quite sluggish for a few days now.
Looking at my stats below from my limited understanding I think it should be ok? Just wondered if anyone more technically minded might see anything amiss?

Chris - It does seem a bit better now now you come to mention it. Did something change?

I'm wondering if the sluggishness (I think is a word) may have been caused by the DNS issues we've had, which we rolled a fix out for, this morning.

Quite possibly. My browser seemed to be pausing for long periods of time looking up sites so that kind of fits.
