Internet REALLY SLOW today

Can someone @ PN please tell me why all the pages we try looking at are so slow to be downloaded?
Have rebooted the router and its mae no difference.

you should have looked down the threads, lots of problems and some answers, even on the AVG thread

i,ve used avg 8 since it release the only problem i had is the link scanner they added. i didnt want to waste any bandwith usage with the link scanner checking pages before opening. A little common sense keeps you safe from dodgey web sites.
No problems with web pages loading slow all normal here.
There's a run command to install avg8 with out the link scanner cant rember what it was but will have a look on the avg forum and post back if i find it.
