Internet Outage

Im experiencing Internet outage (local disconnect) for the last hour at least, 03/11/2020 in north wiltshire, England area. I've checked your pages and there are no issues, so I am reporting by proxy in the forum, as your phone lines open at 9PM. Please can you let me know what's happening. Many thanks.

It wouldn't be an "internet" outage, rather a broadband one; if your e mail is working it's

a problem at your end. Simplest tip is to reboot your modem, preferably via the modem app

page on your web browser.

Internet returned at around 9:30 am. Thanks Plusnet.

Still no internet despite Green Internet light now flashing. All connection issues tested except for trying another modem as I dont have one available. So reported as fairly to Plusnet. In the meantime, restored to factory settings, but plus.net/apps/get started wont let me sign in. (By the way my bill is fully paid, so we can rule that out). Any idea why this problem may be occurring? Still waiting to hear from Plusnet regards my repair request.

I have done all the steps suggested several times over. Still no internet. Still waiting on Plusnet to reply to my repair request. Internet Light is now red or off.
